Mrs. Lynette Suttlar

Mrs. Lynette Suttlar

Lynette M. Suttlar has been serving her country and others for over twenty years. Lynette currently works with the Department of Defense as an Auditor, where her main mission is to protect the Warfighter and the Taxpayer. A big believer in Public Service, Lynette is also a 15-year Veteran of the US Army and US Army Reserves where she served her country with honors, receiving many awards and certificates.

Lynette is no stranger to Entrepreneurship. She has spent the past 10 years creating businesses that will not only help herself but to provide opportunities for future generations. Lynette opened her very first business, Suttlar Real Estate in 2007. She continues to be active in the real estate business while also serving the public interest. Lynette is owner of 1Star Accounting and Consulting, LLC, Lynn S Investment, LLC and S & S Consulting, LLC. What makes Lynette’s story so unique is that she started her entrepreneurial endeavors later in life. Her mission is to help people, especially women understand that it is never too late to pursue your dreams.

Lynette understands that to whom much is given, much is required. Which is why she finds joy in giving back. One of her favorite things to do is volunteer and give back to others. Lynette finds time to give of her time, talents and resources on a daily basis. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated where she is extremely active in serving the community and making a difference.

One of Lynette’s passions is mentoring young girls. She knows they are our future and need to be empowered to run the world.

Organizations that Lynette are currently involved with include Women for Progress of MS, Make A Wish foundation of MS, the American Heart Association, Ridgeland Chambers of Commerce and other organizations where she is able to make a difference and inspire the younger generation.

She actively seeks out opportunities to get involved and make a difference because she states, she would be ashamed to die without giving back in some way.
